Dietary Aide (Part-Time)
Schedule: 9:30am-5:30pm and every other weekend required

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dietary Aide to join our team at High Point Residence Salem South. In this role, you’ll support the preparation and serving of nutritious meals, maintain a sanitary kitchen environment, and follow all food safety standards. This position offers you the chance to make a meaningful difference in the daily lives of our residents by supporting a positive and dignified dining experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or a healthcare setting
- Ability to read and follow recipes and dietary guidelines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with seniors or special dietary needs
- Assist in preparing and serving meals according to established dietary requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment, including dishwashing and surface sanitizing
- Support inventory rotation, stocking, and ordering of food and supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Communicate professionally with residents, families, and colleagues to support a welcoming dining environment
