Open Shifts:
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
3.5 days per week, including every other weekend
About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated CBRF Caregiver to join our team at High Point Germantown North and South. In this role, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being.
You will collaborate closely with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Your dedication to high-quality care will play an essential role in maintaining our strong reputation and positive resident experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid CBRF certification
- Experience working with elderly and/or disabled individuals
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a CBRF setting
- Experience supporting individuals with dementia or Alzheimer’s
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications and treatments as directed
- Monitor and document changes in residents’ health and behavior
- Support meal preparation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
