What are the responsibilities and job description for the CBRF Caregiver position at Building Bridges AFH?
We are currently seeking a dedicated, caring, reliable, qualified, and experienced CBRF Caregiver(s) for Third Shift to join our team! Hours will be
1:30PM - 11:00PM Monday - Friday
*****MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH HIGH BEHAVIORAL RESIDENTS*****
Shifts are subject to rotate upon *as-needed basis*.

Responsibilities:
Activities of daily living, bathing/dressing, toileting, laundry, medication administration supervision, perform incontinent care if needed, record vital signs and weight check, if necessary, observe and document changes, by end of shift, respond to emergencies quickly, light housekeeping, meal prep, following (ISP) , etc. Develop and promote a safe environment for quality patient care through adherence to established policies, procedures, and standards Ensure resident’s rights are adhered as well. Treat residents with dignity, respect, and kindness.
Requirements:
- MUST BE CBRF CERTIFIED** - Standard Precautions, Fire Safety, First Aid & Choking, and Medication Administration
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH HIGH BEHAVIORAL RESIDENTS
- Must have experience with tracking all behaviors
- CPI Training
- Reliable transportation
- Good communication skills
- Legal adult (18 years or older), and able to pass appropriate background checks verification.
- Must be able to work without direct supervision.
- Must be patient, professional, hard-working, and a committed caregiver. Must have a Positive Attitude.
