Position Overview
High Bar Brands is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to support our Great Plains Sales territory, including Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri, Iowa, Colorado, and Wyoming.
This role is responsible for growing sales across a multi-state region by developing strong relationships with fleets, distributors, and end users. The ideal candidate will be located near Kansas City (MO/KS) or Omaha, NE to support efficient travel within the territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to drive growth and expand market share
- Build and maintain relationships with fleets, distributors, and end users
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region
- Provide regular sales forecasts and updates on territory performance
- Conduct product training and support customers on installation and use
- Represent the company at trade shows, open houses, and industry events
- Partner with Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance teams to support customer needs
- Assist in resolving customer concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience
- Travel extensively throughout the assigned territory (approximately 75% travel)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field OR 5 years of sales experience
- Proven success in B2B and/or B2C sales environments
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
- Excellent time management and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM/sales tools
- Mechanical aptitude or experience in the heavy-duty truck/trailer industry is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to travel extensively
