We're Hiring! Join the Arett Sales Team — Multiple Territory Sales Opportunities Available
Arett Sales, a leading national wholesale distributor of lawn, garden, home, and holiday products, is actively seeking driven, relationship-focused Territory Sales Managers and Representatives to join our growing team across multiple markets.
We are currently hiring for the following territories:
- Delaware & Maryland — Columbia, MD / Silver Spring, MD area preferred
- Pittsburgh, PA — Pittsburgh metro area
- North Carolina — Raleigh-Durham area preferred (Expansion Territory)
- Upper Midwest — Wisconsin, Illinois & Indiana (Remote/Territory-Based)
- Western U.S. — California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada & Arizona (Remote/Territory-Based)
About the Role
These are field-based, outside sales positions. You will manage and grow an established account base, open net-new independent retail accounts, and execute seasonal programs across a dynamic product mix that spans every quarter of the year. Our customers include independent garden centers, nurseries, hardware stores, farm & feed shops, hydroponic retailers, and regional chains.
What We're Looking For:
- 5 years of outside field sales experience — wholesale distributor or manufacturer rep preferred
- Proven track record calling on independent retailers or selling through a wholesale distribution channel
- New business development and prospecting skills — this is a hunter role
- Lawn & garden, hardware, farm & feed, or seasonal goods industry experience strongly preferred
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and comfort with regular territory travel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
