Role Description The Territory Sales Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion within an assigned geographic or industry territory. This role includes prospecting and qualifying new customers, managing a pipeline of opportunities, and closing sales for Armis durable label solutions and related products. The Territory Sales Manager will conduct virtual and on-site customer meetings, deliver consultative product presentations, and collaborate with internal technical experts to design solutions for complex applications. They will maintain strong relationships with existing accounts through regular communication, account reviews, and service follow-up to ensure satisfaction and retention. The role also includes forecasting sales, tracking territory performance, participating in training on new products and applications, and sharing market feedback with marketing, product, and leadership teams.
Qualifications

- Label industry experience preferred
- 50% Travel Required
- Must live or be willing to relocate sales territory
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, including territory planning, pipeline management, and closing complex B2B deals.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and support long-term account relationships.
- Experience in Training customers or internal teams on products, applications, or best practices for solution adoption and usage.
- Proven experience in industrial, manufacturing, labeling, packaging, or related technical product sales is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage travel as needed, and prioritize multiple opportunities and deadlines.
- Comfort using CRM systems, virtual meeting tools, and standard business software to manage accounts and report on performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for customer visits, trade shows, and internal meetings as required.
