The Platform Controller will oversee accounting operations across 4–5 dealership locations, leading a team of accounting professionals while building scalable processes to support rapid growth. This role will play a key part in standardizing operations, improving efficiency, and helping position the organization for long-term expansion.

The Platform Controller will oversee accounting operations across 4–5 dealership locations, leading a team of accounting professionals while building scalable processes to support rapid growth. This role will play a key part in standardizing operations, improving efficiency, and helping position the organization for long-term expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead month-end close across multiple rooftops
- Oversee accounting operations for 4–5 locations
- Perform and review bank and floor plan reconciliations
- Reorganize and improve accounting processes and workflows
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team
- Supervise 4 Office Managers, 2 Controllers, and a team of ~12
- Partner with leadership to support growth initiatives and scalability
- Experience overseeing multiple dealership rooftops
- Background in a corporate or multi-location automotive environment
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Ability to implement structure and processes in a high-growth setting
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds (DealerTrack exposure is a plus)
