Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting operations for two independent pre-owned rooftops
- Manage an accounting team of four
- Perform and review accurate bank reconciliations within DealerTrack DMS
- Lead and participate in restructuring the accounting office alongside HHM
- Ensure strong internal controls and accurate financial reporting
- Close month-end books within 3-5 business days
- Potentially manage additional locations remotely as the company grows
- Must have prior automotive dealership accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
- Strong hands-on experience with DealerTrack DMS
- Proven ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations and close month-end efficiently
- Strong organizational skills, management and leadership capability
- $150,000-$200,000 base salary
