This individual will also help transition finance fully in-house and partner closely with leadership to improve profitability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly financial reporting and ensure accuracy of management accounts
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Analyze margins, costs, and profitability across projects and operations
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and billing processes
- Strengthen internal controls and support audit and tax compliance
- Improve financial systems, reporting, and processes
- Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insight and decision support
- Mentor and develop the current bookkeeper
- CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent certification
- Experience in a service-based, project-driven, or technical environment preferred
- Strong financial analysis and business partnering skills
- Ability to operate in a growing, fast-paced environment
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and process improvement mindset
