Fraud Alert Analyst Tue-Sat

Job Summary:

Heitmeyer Consulting is currently hiring for a Fraud Alert Analyst who can work on fraud alerts and quickly make a determination if the alert they’re looking at needs to be cleared or sent to the investigation team. This resource will have strong attention to detail, willing to be coachable and learn new things, as the client will train this individual.

Location:

• Pittsburgh, PA – mix of on-site and remote work aligned to schedule.
  
  
  

Top Required Skills:

• Prefer 2 years within Fraud environment or working within bank branch network.
• Strong attention to detail
• Can make quick decisions and is a fast learner
• Strong time management skills and can work independently in order to hit daily targets while being coachable and willing to learn new things.
• Must be self-starter with strong initiative and willingness to get the job done with minimal oversight.
  
  
  

Nice-to-have:

• Previous experience with Actimize fraud tool beneficial but not required.
  
  
  

Top Responsibilities:

• You will be working in a fast-paced environment where you will be analyzing fraud alerts as they come into queue
• Make determination regarding issue – if it is or isn’t fraud.
• If it is fraud, you will flag it and escalate it to the investigation team for further review.
• You will be working independently and have your own queue of fraud alerts to work through, so you will need good time management skills.
