Business Program Manager – Encompass Implementation (Mortgage Lending)
Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and business-focused Program Manager to lead the implementation and rollout of a new Encompass instance within our Mortgage Lending organization. This is not a highly technical IT PM role — we are looking for someone who can drive the business side of the project, keep teams aligned, manage timelines and deliverables, and ensure successful execution from planning through implementation.
The ideal candidate will bring strong project leadership experience, solid mortgage business knowledge, and hands-on experience with Encompass implementations or migrations. This person will serve as the central point of coordination across business teams, vendors, and stakeholders to keep the project moving forward and ensure accountability across all workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day execution of the Encompass implementation project from a business operations perspective
- Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, task tracking, milestones, and status reporting
- Coordinate activities across business stakeholders, operations teams, vendors, and implementation partners
- Drive project accountability by tracking action items, dependencies, risks, and overall percent completion
- Facilitate regular project meetings, weekly touchpoints, and executive status updates
- Ensure teams remain aligned on priorities, deadlines, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
- Partner closely with leadership to provide structure, organization, and execution support
- Support process changes and operational readiness related to the Encompass rollout
- Create project documentation, presentations, and reporting materials using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and related tools
- Utilize tools such as Teamwork.com, Azure DevOps (ADO), and Microsoft Office for project tracking and coordination
- Strong experience leading business-focused projects or programs within Mortgage Lending or Financial Services
- Hands-on experience with Encompass, specifically:
- New instance implementations
- System migrations
- Major enhancements or rollouts
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to drive timelines, manage deliverables, and hold teams accountable
- Experience coordinating cross-functional business initiatives
- Comfortable operating in a structured, milestone-driven project environment (not heavily Agile-focused)
- Proficiency with:
- PowerPoint
- Excel
- Word
- Outlook
- Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Mortgage Operations or Loan Origination experience
- Familiarity with Teamwork.com or similar project tracking tools
- Experience working with vendors and implementation partners such as ICE Mortgage Technology
- PMP or formal Project Management training is a plus
