What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fraud Analyst position at TEKsystems?
Description
The Fraud Support will consume inbound/outbound communications through ticket creation/management, providing such fraud support 24x7x365. The Remote Fraud Support team will assist the PNC Fraud Support Center to assess, evaluate and make decisions on transactional alerts for potential fraud within various user interfaces and provide support by troubleshooting and problem-solving for PNC clients experiencing difficulties using retail applications available on PNC’s website. The Fraud Support Analyst will act as a liaison between the PNC Fraud Support Center, other PNC business units and clients of PNC.
In addition, the Fraud Support Team will support incoming and outgoing customer contact using approved PNC methods (i.e. call, email, web portal) to identify and prioritize the interaction. The Fraud Support Team will document pertinent information according to PNC standards, conducting research to provide resolution or escalation leveraging PNC operational runbooks and documented knowledge articles.
