Asphalt Skilled Laborer

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to asphalt and concrete installation and maintenance. This is a hands-on position that requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work in all weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of asphalt and concrete surfaces
• Pour, spread, and finish asphalt and concrete materials
• Operate basic tools and machinery 
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Perform general labor tasks on job sites as needed
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Prior experience in asphalt or concrete labor is preferred, but not required
• Ability to perform physical labor, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varying weather conditions
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in asphalt and concrete work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work well in a team environment
