Asphalt Striping Foreman

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Striping Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the application of pavement markings and road striping using specialized equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of operating line striping equipment and the ability to work effectively in various outdoor environments at various times including nights and weekends. The Striping Foreman will play a crucial role in ensuring that roadways, parking lots, and other surfaces are clearly marked for safety and efficiency.

**While experience in the asphalt industry is preferred, we are committed to training the right candidate in asphalt paving operations and safety procedures**

Responsibilities

• Operate line striping machines
• Prepare surfaces for striping by cleaning and preparing the asphalt and/or concrete pavement as necessary.
• Mix paint and other materials according to specifications for optimal application.
• Execute accurate line placement based on project specifications and layout plans.
• Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular inspections and minor repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
• Follow all safety protocols to minimize risks associated with heavy equipment operation.

Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure precise line placement and quality work.
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and project coordination.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks as needed.
