- Tap into insurance verification tools and estimator systems to clarify costs
- Reach out to patients, explain their options, and offer compassionate solutions
- Guide patients through payment plans, financial assistance, Medicaid, and more
- Work daily reports and collaborate with our awesome registration team
- Are detail-oriented and love solving puzzles
- Communicate clearly and kindly—especially about money
- Know your way around insurance and payment programs
- Want to help people feel seen, heard, and supported

Requirements
Education and/or Experience
- A minimum of three years related business and/or customer service experience, preferably in a hospital, medical or physician office.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent language, grammar and spelling skills.
