What You'll Do

• Maintain & Repair: From machinery and electrical systems to plumbing and physical structures, you’ll be the expert keeping our healthcare facility in top shape.
• Construction Projects: Play a key role in construction and renovation projects, ensuring everything meets healthcare facility standards.
• Adhere to Standards: Work in compliance with the Joint Commission’s Environment of Care standards, ensuring safety and operational excellence.
• Security & Safety: Collaborate with the HRRMC Security Supervisor to maintain a 24/7 culture of safety and security for staff, patients, and visitors.

Requirements

Certificates, Licenses, & Registrations:

• Current and valid Colorado driver’s license and insurance ID card in good standing.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or must obtain within 30 days of hire).
• TEAMS de-escalation training required within 90 days of hire.
  
  

Education And/or Experience

• A minimum of twelve months of related experience and/or training.
• Proficient in all regulatory compliances i.e., UBC, Plumbing, NFPA, OSHA, JCAHO, and etc., and effectively maintain facility buildings and equipment under compliance and/or mandates using corrective and preventative maintenance practices.
• Proficient in electrical systems, wiring, and conduit to install, repair and maintain electrical systems in relations with HVAC, boiler systems and all types of heating/cooling distribution systems and be proficient in both application of testing and calibration equipment.
• Proficient in plumbing and plumbing systems to install, repair and maintain plumbing systems and steam/hot water distribution systems.
• Proficient in sterilizers, sterilizing cleaning equipment, steam distribution systems hydraulic, pneumatic and computer-controlled systems related to the above systems and related components. Also must be proficient in closed loop heating/cooling systems and related components.
