Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center is seeking a certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Otolaryngology (ENT) team. This is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside a board-certified ENT specialist in a growing outpatient practice located in our state-of-the-art Outpatient Pavilion.
This role involves direct patient care, clinical procedures, pre- and post-operative support, and collaboration across HRRMC’s integrated network of primary and specialty care providers.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Active Colorado license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Certification through AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA
- Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing as an NP or PA required
- Prior experience in ENT, surgical, or procedural specialty preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

- Provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients with ear, nose, throat, and related head and neck conditions
- Conduct patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans in coordination with the supervising ENT physician
- Assist with minor procedures and post-operative follow-up visits
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient education efforts
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR
