Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and ongoing treatment plans for residents in a skilled nursing setting
• Develop and implement OT plans to improve functional abilities and quality of life
• Conduct regular re-evaluations, monitor progress, and adjust treatment as needed
• Document patient assessments, goals, progress notes, and related information in the charting system
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including nursing, physical therapy, and other rehabilitation and social work staff, to coordinate comprehensive care
• Ensure patient safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance during therapy sessions

• Eligibility to practice Occupational Therapy in the United States
• Ability to work effectively in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Willingness to participate in a travel temporary assignment with guaranteed hours
• Ability to meet the schedule and duration of the assignment
