Workday Financial Systems Analyst (Strata Focus) - Contract | Remote

We're partnering with a leading healthcare organization to find a Workday Financial Systems Analyst with strong experience across Workday Financials, Strata, and financial planning/analysis. This is a high-impact role supporting a critical go-live, where you'll work closely with Finance and IT teams to ensure seamless alignment across financial systems and reporting.

Location: 100% Remote

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Financial Management
• Support integration and alignment between:
  • Workday Financials
  • Strata (budgeting & planning)
  • Huron (effort reporting, performance management, compensation)
• Ensure financial data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system performance
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and IT teams on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting needs
• Support financial reporting, dashboards, and reconciliations
• Assist with data integrations, transformations, and validation processes

Requirements

• 3 years of hands-on Workday Financials experience, including:
  • General Ledger
  • Accounts Payable / Receivable
  • Expenses
  • Asset Management
• Strong experience with Strata (highly preferred) or similar planning tools (Adaptive, Anaplan, Oracle PBCS)
• Background in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting
• Experience with financial data integrations and system workflows
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Healthcare industry experience is a big plus
