We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and operationalization of a complex Accounts Receivable (AR) Rundown initiative with a Healthcare client of ours. This role will partner closely with Revenue Cycle leadership to design and execute a structured, vendor-integrated approach while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.
The Revenue Cycle team is currently supporting a significant operational load, including OHPAC implementation and day-to-day activities. AR Rundown has emerged as a distinct workstream requiring dedicated leadership to ensure successful planning, coordination, and execution across multiple vendors and systems.

Duration is 6 months plus possible extension

Job Description/ Qualification
- 7 years of experience in Revenue Cycle with deep expertise in AR management and rundown strategies
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-vendor healthcare projects with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong understanding of data flows between Revenue Cycle systems and ERP/Finance platforms, including downstream impacts to General Ledger
- Experience with system transitions and/or data migrations (e.g., legacy to future-state platforms such as ELLKAY)
- Demonstrated ability to define end-to-end workflows, establish KPIs, and implement monitoring processes and reporting tools
- Demonstrated ability to operate in high-pressure, resource-constrained environments while managing vendor dependencies including system access, data extracts, and data integration requirements
