Minimum Requirements
- Construction Management degree (preferred)
- 3 years of Project Manager experience in construction
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Manage client and design team relationships
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Oversee contracts, subcontracts, and procurement
- Review submittals, estimates, and project costs
- Handle billing, payments, and cost tracking
- Ensure compliance with permits, testing, and documentation
- Lead project meetings and maintain project records
- Supervise and support project team members
