We are seeking motivated Consultant Advisors (Recruiters) with prior staffing or recruiting experience in healthcare, IT, or consulting services who want to grow their careers in a high-performance, team-oriented environment.

Role Overview

The Consultant Advisor is responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing highly skilled Healthcare IT professionals on consulting assignments with hospitals and health systems across the country.

This role reports to a Director of Recruiting and plays a critical role in helping our clients successfully execute major healthcare technology initiatives.

Consultant Advisors build relationships with top consultants, manage the recruitment lifecycle, and continue supporting consultants throughout their engagements to ensure success for both the consultant and client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, and engage Healthcare IT consultants for contract consulting opportunities
  • Screen and qualify candidates to match client project requirements
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact through placement
  • Build and maintain relationships with consultants throughout their engagements
  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to understand client needs and project timelines
  • Maintain accurate candidate and activity data within the Applicant Tracking System
  • Utilize modern recruiting tools and platforms including Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, Sense, Daxtra, MS Teams, and other sourcing technologies.

Performance Expectations

Successful Recruiters Consistently Achieve The Following Baseline Productivity Targets

  • 50 outbound candidate calls per day
  • 2 qualified client submissions per day
  • 5 net-new candidates sourced and interviewed weekly
  • 5 client interviews scheduled weekly
  • 1 qualified business lead generated weekly

Qualifications

  • 2 years of recruiting or staffing experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience recruiting in Healthcare IT, IT consulting, or professional services preferred
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and phone skills
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
  • High level of professionalism and commitment to ethical business practices
  • Experience with modern recruiting and collaboration tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Teams, and cloud-based platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
