What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Domain Architect - IAM position at Healthcare IT Leaders?
One of our East Coast clients is seeking a Senior Domain IAM Architect for a 6 contract to hire position. They’re looking for a senior level identity architect who can help lead the design and governance of their enterprise IAM environment.

Requirements
- 10 years of IT architecture or identity experience, ideally within healthcare
- Strong enterprise IAM architecture and governance experience
- Deep experience with at least four of the following: Entra ID, SailPoint, Active Directory, ServiceNow identity workflows, and SAML/OIDC
- Experience with role mining, birthright access, identity lifecycle management, and IAM platform rationalization
- Strong Workday lifecycle experience supporting employees, contractors, and non-employee providers
- Experience leading platform teams, vendors, and contracted engineering resources
- Epic security build experience is strongly preferred
- Microsoft SC-300, SailPoint IdentityNow/IIQ, or IDPro CIDPRO certification required
- TOGAF certification required within one year of hire
- CISSP or AWS Certified Security - Specialty preferred
