\n- Develop and monitor the annual budget and monthly expense forecast for corporate functions.
- Prepare variance analysis for budget versus actual performance on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Support internal and external reporting activities, including Monthly Business Reviews and Board meetings.
- Evaluate and enhance current financial processes, implementing best practices to improve efficiency.
- Adapt to new responsibilities as needed and support ad hoc projects.
- Prepare financial models, forecasts, and analyses, as required.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to provide guidance and influence strategic decisions.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field; MBA or PE experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or FP&A.
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and/or Workday Adaptive is a plus.
- Ability to mentor and lead team members.
- Experience working in dynamic environments and strong problem-solving skills.
