Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Acts as a subject matter expert for one or more HRIS modules or functional areas across our HRIS platform landscape (e.g., Core HR & Benefits in Oracle PeopleSoft 9.2, Recruitment in Infinite BrassRing, Performance and Compensation Management in Cornerstone OnDemand).
- Lead design, configuration, and deployment of complex HRIS solutions.
- Evaluate system capabilities and recommend enhancements aligned with business needs within agreed upon timeframes.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR technology and data governance practices.
- Design and maintain advanced configurations, eligibility rules, workflows, and security.
- Lead troubleshooting of complex system issues and integrations.
- Partner with IT on interface design, testing, and monitoring.
- Partner with supported business partners to manage vendor relationships for assigned HRIS components.
- Lead HRIS projects including implementations, module rollouts, acquisitions, or expansions.
- Own end-to-end testing strategy (unit, integration, user acceptance) for system changes.
- Translate business requirements into functional and/or technical specifications while ensuring change management, documentation, and training are executed effectively.12.
- Deliver advance reporting and insights to support decision-making.
- Establish and maintain reporting standards and data quality controls
- Serve as a mentor and functional lead for HRIS analysts, including guidance for reporting standards and data quality controls.
- Review work products for quality, accuracy, and alignment with standards.
- Influence stakeholders and guide decision-making related to HR technology.
- Understanding/maintenance of PeopleSoft security roles, permission lists, security and reporting trees, and workflow. Partners with IT for business process re-engineering.
- Develop and maintain a variety of informational reports the hospital is required to furnish to various state, federal and health industry agencies using a variety of data management software programs.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to optimize recruiting workflows, requisitions, candidate lifecycle processes, and hiring compliance.
- Provide technical support for PeopleSoft Benefits administration.
