We are seeking an experienced Interim Pediatric CDI Manager to support multiple healthcare clients across the Midwest and East Coast.
This is a part-time, multi-site engagement ideal for a hands-on leader with strong pediatric CDI expertise.
Engagement Details
Duration: 6 months
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 20 - 32 hours per week
Location: Remote with support across Midwest East Coast clients (time split across 3 sites)

Responsibilities
- Provide interim leadership and oversight for Pediatric Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) programs
- Support and guide CDI teams across multiple healthcare organizations
- Ensure documentation accuracy, compliance, and alignment with coding standards
- Collaborate with clinical, coding, and operational stakeholders
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices
- Proven experience in Pediatric CDI leadership/management
- Strong understanding of CDI workflows, compliance, and regulatory standards
- Experience working in multi-site healthcare environments
- Familiarity with Epic (preferred)
- Ability to quickly step into an interim leadership role and drive impact
