Job description:
The Smile Spot, a modern pediatric dental & orthodontics office, is hiring a part time Front Desk Coordinator.
Tuesday: 8:00am-5:00pm
Thurs: 8:00am-5:00pm
Tuesday: 8:00am-5:00pm
Thurs: 8:00am-5:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones/emails & schedule appointments
- Greet & assist patients/families
- Verify dental insurance (Medicaid & PPO)
- Manage check-in/out & payments
- Support the team in a fast-paced environment
- Collect copays
Requirements:
- Dental front desk experience preferred
- Organized, reliable, and a team player
- Strong communication & multitasking skills
