We’re looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join a growing heavy civil contractor with a strong backlog of infrastructure work throughout the region.

What You’ll Do
- Lead estimates from initial budgeting through final bid
- Perform detailed takeoffs, pricing, and cost analysis
- Develop labor, equipment, material, and production costs
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals
- Identify project risks and value-engineering opportunities
- Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings
- Work closely with Operations and Project Management
- Help mentor junior estimating staff
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of Heavy Civil estimating experience
- Experience estimating $10M projects
- Strong knowledge of earthwork, utilities, structures, concrete, transportation, or industrial construction
- Ability to confidently interpret plans, specifications, contracts, and geotechnical reports
- Experience with HCSS HeavyBid, B2W, InEight, AGTEK, Bluebeam, and/or Excel
