We are actively adding entry level CDL-A drivers to our team for OTR routes operating out of Columbine, CO. Fresh CDL graduates and drivers with some experience on the books are both equally welcome to apply. This role comes packed with dependable year round freight, competitive weekly earnings, and a two week home time rotation that we take seriously and never compromise on.

Pay & Benefits

• Mileage compensation beginning at $0.60 CPM
• Drivers typically bring home between $1,300 and $2,200 per week based on miles logged and experience level
• Projected yearly earnings ranging from $67,600 to $114,400
• Expected weekly mileage running between 1,500 and 2,500 miles
• A one time $300 completion bonus is handed to every driver after finishing orientation

Home Time & Schedule

• Home every two weeks on a guaranteed and structured rotation - never changed and never compromised
• Both day and night shift options are made available to all drivers
• Certain weekend loads may be needed based on freight volume and demand; holiday time off requests are always given full consideration

Equipment

• The entire fleet is composed of 2024 or newer Freightliner Cascadias that are kept in flawless working order and road ready condition at all times
• Every single truck across the full fleet is equipped with automatic transmission for an effortless and comfortable driving experience on every run
• Every load on every run is 100% no-touch without any exceptions - drivers simply get in and drive from point to point
• All trucks are placed through regular rigorous and highly professional maintenance cycles to guarantee top tier performance and dependability

Freight Details

• OTR routes roll out of Columbine, CO covering all 48 states
• Loads are available consistent and moving strong throughout every single month of the year without any seasonal interruptions or slow periods
• Every driver receives structured and well defined lane assignments and has direct access to a professional knowledgeable and highly responsive dispatch team on every single run

Driver Responsibilities

• Take complete and total responsibility for all Class A tractor-trailer operations on every assigned OTR run with an ironclad commitment to both safety and professionalism
• Conduct thorough careful and fully detailed vehicle inspections at the start and finish of every individual haul
• Keep all ELD records accurate fully updated and in complete compliance with every current DOT standard and regulation
• Make absolutely certain that all cargo is properly positioned correctly distributed and firmly secured before the truck departs on each individual trip
• Stay in constant professional clear and timely communication with dispatch from the first mile all the way to the final delivery on every single run

Minimum Requirements

• Every applicant must possess a valid and currently active Class A CDL - this is a strict requirement with absolutely no exceptions
• Drivers who have recently graduated from a CDL training program are enthusiastically and warmly welcomed to apply
• All applicants must be a minimum of 21 years of age at the time their application is submitted
• A fully verifiable and spotless driving record is a mandatory requirement for all candidates
• Drug and alcohol clearinghouse record must be entirely and completely clear with zero issues
• Every candidate must successfully pass both a DOT physical examination and a drug test screening prior to their first day on the job
