We are actively hiring entry level CDL-A drivers for Regional routes based out of Hampton, VA. Freshly licensed CDL holders and drivers with prior road time are equally welcome to apply. This opportunity is centered around excellent weekly earnings, consistent freight, and a schedule that guarantees you are home every single weekend without fail.

Pay & Benefits

• Mileage pay set at $0.90 CPM
• Weekly earnings typically come in between $1,600 and $2,000 based on miles driven and experience level

Home Time & Schedule

• Home every weekend - guaranteed and locked in on every schedule
• Both day and night shift options are on the table

Equipment

• Full fleet of 2024 or newer Freightliner Cascadias - thoroughly maintained and consistently ready for the road
• Every single truck features automatic transmission for a comfortable and manageable drive
• Each and every load is 100% no-touch - drivers show up, get in, and drive
• All vehicles are put through regular and thorough professional maintenance on an ongoing basis

Freight Details

• Regional lanes originating out of Hampton, VA running through surrounding states
• Loads remain strong, available, and uninterrupted throughout all twelve months of the year
• Every driver is placed on structured and well defined lane assignments supported by a responsive and reliable dispatch team

Driver Responsibilities

• Execute all Class A tractor-trailer operations on every Regional assignment with the highest level of safety and professionalism
• Perform complete and detailed pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections on each and every haul
• Keep all ELD records current, precise, and in full compliance with applicable DOT standards
• Verify that every load is properly secured and ready before pulling out on each departure
• Stay in steady and professional contact with dispatch throughout the entire course of every trip

Minimum Requirements

• All applicants must hold a current and valid Class A CDL - this is a non-negotiable requirement
• Drivers who have just finished CDL school are highly encouraged and warmly welcomed to apply
• Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of applying
• A verifiable and spotless driving history is a must for all candidates
• Drug and alcohol clearinghouse record must be entirely clear with no outstanding issues
• Passing both a DOT physical evaluation and drug screening is required before the first day of work
