Driver Compensation and Performance Incentives
- High-performing drivers with experience average between $1,200 and $1,400 every week.
- Structured entry-level path offers a paid 4–6 week mentorship route at $650 per week for new grads.
- Kickstart your transition with $300 upfront orientation pay plus $15 extra for any additional stops.

Hiring Standards and Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License and a minimum age of 21 years old.
- Official school certificate confirming 120 plus training hours from an approved CDL facility.
- A clear, verifiable employment history background check.
- Solid safety record with zero major moving violations or DUIs within the past 60 months.
- Mandatory passing results on standard DOT physicals, including hair and urine toxicology screens.
