We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Dietary Manager to oversee the dietary department within our facility. Duties
- Lead and supervise the dietary department, ensuring compliance with health regulations and standards.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that meet the nutritional needs of residents.
- Manage budgeting for the dietary department, including food procurement and inventory control.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to integrate nutrition into overall patient care strategies.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in food service, safety, and nutrition.

Requirements
