Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise clinical staff to ensure efficient operations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with JCAHO and other regulatory requirements
- Oversee therapeutic activities to optimize patient outcomes
- Collaborate with medical management teams to enhance patient care services
- Monitor clinical performance metrics and implement quality improvement initiatives
Skills
- Proven experience in managing clinical operations in a mental health and addictions setting
- Knowledge of JCAHO standards and healthcare regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with medical management teams
