Role Overview

• Business Development: Actively building and managing a client portfolio, identifying new opportunities, and negotiating terms with top-tier institutions.
• Candidate Sourcing: Using headhunting techniques, market mapping, and networking to identify and attract top talent.
• Account Management: Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors, ensuring seamless processes from onboarding to contract renewal.
• Market Expertise: Staying up to date with industry trends to provide valuable insights and strategic advice to clients and candidates.
