This team operates with a product mindset, prioritizing execution, iteration, and measurable impact.
What You’ll Do
- Break down legal workflows into structured, repeatable systems
- Identify and implement AI-enabled automation opportunities
- Build solutions using no-code, low-code, and programmatic tools
- Structure legal data for LLM systems (RAG, prompt frameworks, embeddings)
- Collaborate with attorneys to iterate on real use cases
- Develop reusable playbooks and scalable components

- Legal workflows are successfully converted into AI-enabled systems
- Solutions are used in live client work
- Reusable frameworks are scaled across teams
- Engineering velocity improves without sacrificing quality
