The Opportunity

This role offers the opportunity to build data products, operational applications, and automation systems that directly influence how the business scales. Rather than focusing primarily on dashboards and reporting, you'll work on complex, high-impact initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, procurement, product operations, and enterprise systems.
You'll join a highly respected Analytics Engineering team embedded within core business functions, partnering closely with engineering and business leaders to solve some of the organization's most important operational challenges.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop scalable data models, analytics products, and operational applications
- Build systems that drive decision-making across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and product operations
- Create automated workflows that improve efficiency, scalability, and business performance
- Partner directly with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop solutions supporting real-time monitoring, operational visibility, and business process optimization
- Work across large-scale datasets supporting critical operational and strategic initiatives
- Contribute to enterprise data architecture and long-term data platform strategy
- Drive measurable business outcomes through data-driven products and automation
- Collaborate closely with data engineers, software engineers, product teams, and business leaders
Preferred Technologies & Experience
- Advanced SQL and Python
- Strong dimensional and entity data modeling experience
- Analytics Engineering or Data Engineering backgrounds
- Experience building production-grade data products and systems
- Distributed systems and data architecture exposure
- DBT experience is a plus
- Modern cloud data platforms and analytics tooling
- Operational, manufacturing, telemetry, or supply chain data environments
What They're Looking For
- 6 years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field
- Strong foundation in SQL, Python, and data modeling
- Experience owning projects end-to-end and delivering measurable business impact
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience solving complex operational or real-world business problems
- Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with significant ownership
- Exposure to manufacturing, robotics, autonomous systems, aerospace, industrial technology, or hardware/software organizations is highly valued
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
