Location: United States (Remote) - HQ in New York
Salary: Base up to $350k 15% bonus equity (total comp ~$500k)

This is a rare opportunity to lead a full Product and Technology transformation at a business redefining how AI is applied within digital products and customer workflows. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape strategy across Product, Engineering, Data, Design, QA, and Technology while helping build a genuinely AI-native operating model.

With investment already secured, they are seeking an executive leader who can help define the next chapter of the company.

The Role
As SVP, Head of Product & Technology, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution across Product and Technology functions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Define and execute the Product and Technology strategy aligned to business objectives
• Lead Product, Engineering, Data, QA, Reliability, and Design teams
• Build and scale AI-enabled products, workflows, and operational capabilities
• Develop proprietary data assets and intelligence platforms that create competitive advantage
• Modernise technology architecture, engineering practices, and delivery processes
• Establish a high-performance operating model that balances innovation, quality, and efficiency
• Drive platform reliability, security, governance, and scalability
• Partner closely with executive stakeholders to prioritise technology investments and transformation initiatives
• Create clear metrics and reporting frameworks to demonstrate business value and transformation outcomes
• Present strategic updates, priorities, and ROI to senior leadership and board stakeholders

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong executive leadership experience across Product, Engineering, and Technology functions
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programmes within technology-driven businesses
• Commercial experience building or deploying AI, machine learning, generative AI, or agentic workflow solutions
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, modern software engineering, data platforms, and system architecture
• Ability to translate business strategy into scalable technology and product roadmaps
• Experience managing cross-functional teams spanning Product, Engineering, Data, and Design
• Strong knowledge of data governance, analytics, and proprietary intellectual property development
• Comfortable operating within a private equity-backed or highly performance-focused environment
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to executive and board-level audiences
• Experience within AdTech, MarTech, digital media, SaaS, or data-intensive technology environments is highly beneficial
