About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Senior Analytics Engineer to join a high-performing team building the data foundations that power business-critical decision making. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of analytics, engineering and business, designing scalable data models and platforms that support functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems with data, partnering with stakeholders across the business, and building modern, reliable analytics solutions rather than simply creating reports and dashboards.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design and build scalable, reusable data models that serve as the foundation for analytics across the business.
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines to integrate data from multiple systems.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into high-quality data products.
- Drive improvements to the analytics platform, ensuring data is accurate, trusted and easily accessible.
- Work closely with engineering and operational teams to establish best practices for analytics engineering and data architecture.
- Identify opportunities where data can improve business processes and decision making.
- Take ownership of projects from design through to delivery in a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For
- 5 years' experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering or a similar data-focused role.
- Expert-level SQL skills with experience using Python for data engineering or automation.
- Strong experience designing scalable data models and building production-ready ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Experience working with modern data platforms and transformation frameworks (e.g. dbt or similar).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives from concept to implementation.
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and modern analytics tooling is highly desirable.
Salary : $163,000 - $220,000
