Harnham is launching our Campus Ambassador Program and is looking for ambitious students across Arizona universities to join us for the upcoming academic year.
This opportunity is designed for students who want to build their professional network, develop valuable business skills, and gain insight into careers in sales and recruitment.
As a Harnham Campus Ambassador, you’ll play an important role in connecting Harnham with students across Arizona. You’ll gain hands-on experience in networking, event coordination, and relationship-building while working alongside our team to introduce students to career opportunities.
What you’ll do:
- Represent Harnham at campus events, career fairs, and student organization meetings
- Promote Harnham opportunities and upcoming events within your university community
- Build relationships with student organizations, clubs, and campus contacts
- Help connect students with career opportunities at Harnham
- Refer strong candidates to Harnham recruiters
- Engage with students interested in learning more about careers in sales and recruitment

Program Details:
We are looking for one Campus Ambassador at each of the following universities:
- Arizona State University
- University of Arizona
- Grand Canyon University
- Northern Arizona University
Program Timeline: Fall 2026 – Spring 2027
Commitment: Monthly virtual meetings with the Harnham team, engage with students, and promote Harnham opportunities throughout the academic year
