As we continue to grow our US presence, we are looking for an experienced and driven Manager to lead and develop our Perm Division from our New York Financial District office.

The Role

As Manager of Harnham’s Perm Division, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing permanent recruitment team, driving commercial performance, and strengthening relationships with key clients across the data and analytics market. This is a hands-on leadership role combining people management, strategic planning, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters within the Data/AI/Analytics Perm Division
• Drive revenue growth through effective team management and business development
• Build and maintain senior-level client relationships across data, analytics, and technology markets
• Set clear performance goals and ensure consistent delivery against targets
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape divisional strategy and growth plans
• Maintain high standards of service delivery and market expertise

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within data, analytics, or technology
• Previous experience managing or leading a team
• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop others
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling teams
