What You’ll Do

As a Tax Senior Manager at HSC, you’ll play a critical role in our leadership team. Your responsibilities will include:

Client Impact:

• Serving as the primary relationship manager and trusted advisor for key clients.
• Offering proactive tax consulting and innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
• Providing strategic advice on complex tax matters and industry trends.

Leadership & Development:

• Leading and mentoring a talented team of professionals to foster growth and success.
• Reviewing and ensuring the quality and timeliness of all client deliverables.
• Developing your expertise in a specialized industry or technical area.

Business Growth:

• Driving new business development by cultivating relationships with prospects and referral sources.
• Representing HSC in professional and civic organizations, contributing to our presence in the community.
• Collaborating with firm leaders to identify and pursue growth opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a driven and experienced professional with:

• A CPA license and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• At least 8 years of public accounting experience in tax, including 3 years in a managerial role.
• A strong command of tax laws and emerging regulations.
• Proven leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• A demonstrated ability to identify new opportunities and deliver results.
