Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple high-impact projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, providing guidance and support to project team members.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to communicate project status, risks, and issues, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to ensure project success.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve project objectives.
• Facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective communication and decision-making among team members and stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 25-30 years of experience in project management, with a focus on leadership roles.
