The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web components and community features, ensuring optimal performance and stability. This role requires collaboration with various teams to deliver high-quality web solutions that enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Design, develop, and maintain AEM components, templates, dialogs, workflows, Sling Models, and OSGi services.
- Develop solutions using AEM 6.5.
- Build reusable, author-friendly components using HTL (Sightly) and JCR.
- Support AEM authoring, publishing workflows, permissions, and content lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot AEM issues related to rendering, workflows, bundles, and content structure.
- Support and enhance Verint Telligent Community features including forums, blogs, discussions, profiles, and activity streams.
- Integrate Telligent community content into AEM-managed pages and site experiences.
- Work with Telligent APIs, widgets, extensions, and theming to customize community behavior and UI.
- Assist with community configuration, metadata, SEO considerations, and platform customization.
- Coordinate with Verint vendor support for platform issues, upgrades, and best practices.
- Configure and maintain AEM Dispatcher rules and caching strategies.
- Support CDN behavior for community-facing traffic.
- Diagnose and resolve performance, caching, and stability issues across AEM and community integrations.
- Collaborate with community managers, content authors, UX teams, and platform teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and code reviews.
- Contribute to documentation and operational readiness for AEM and community features.
- 3-4 years of hands-on AEM development experience.
- Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.5).
- Proficiency in Java, Apache Sling, OSGi, and JCR.
- Experience developing AEM components using HTL / Sightly.
- Hands-on experience with Verint Telligent Community (forums, blogs, widgets, APIs, customization).
- Experience configuring AEM Dispatcher and caching.
- Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript).
- Strong communication skills and experience working in Agile teams.
- Adobe AEM Developer or Sites Certification.
- Experience supporting high-traffic, customer-facing community platforms.
- Exposure to community moderation, metadata, or SEO optimization.
- Experience working directly with platform vendors (Adobe / Verint).
