We are seeking a highly experienced and self-driven professional to support a strategic modernization initiative focused on enhancing collaboration, automation, and digital workflows within a Microsoft 365 environment. This role involves leading the development and optimization using SharePoint Online and the Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and enhancement of internal collaboration platforms.
- Build and automate business processes using PowerApps and Power Automate.
- Integrate Microsoft 365 tools to streamline operations and improve user experience.
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with industry standards.
- Provide documentation, training, and support to technical and non-technical teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align solutions with business goals.
What We re Looking For:
- Extensive experience (10 years) in SharePoint development and Microsoft 365 integration.
- Deep knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Strong programming skills (C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, PowerShell).
- Proven ability to design intuitive, responsive, and secure user interfaces.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience working in DevOps environments and managing controlled releases.
