Hansen Talent Group is seeking a Business Systems Analyst II to support a large enterprise onsite in Nashville, TN.
What you’ll do:Elicit, document, and validate user requirements to support key business objectives.
Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and guide teams through system development.
Ensure accurate deployment of solutions through review of logs, test plans, and test matrices.
Provide insight into business direction for system enhancements and process improvements.
Facilitate knowledge transfer between business units and technical teams.
Assist with training documentation and mentor junior staff.
Support planning, prioritization, and ongoing coordination of business support activities.
IT Business Analysis experience, preferably in healthcare (Medicare/Medicaid).
Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Proficiency in Visio, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical, conceptual, and teamwork skills.
Ability to read and comment on test plans, matrices, scope documents, and project plans.
Understanding of how IT impacts business processes.
One active certification required: CSPO, A-CSPO, PMI-ACP, or CSP-PO.
Must meet CMS security clearance and U.S. residency requirements (3 of last 5 years).
Must be eligible to convert full-time (no sponsorship).
CBAP, SAFe/Scaled Agile certifications, HIPAA/LOMA, or continuous BA learning.
Experience with DB2, SQL, MS Project, or similar tools.
