HR Manager

Hansen Talent Group is seeking a Human Resource Manager to lead HR operations and support organizational success. 

• Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with company goals.
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and budget compliance.
• Implement and manage performance review processes, providing feedback and supporting employee development.
• Manage employee relations, address grievances, and foster a positive work environment.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Create and update job descriptions to support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding.
• Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, morale, and retention.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR operations and compensation/benefits administration.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Experience with HRIS systems and performance management tools.
• Knowledge of employment law and compliance best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
