Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Scrum Master to work with a large enterprise in Columbia, SC. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring 3 days/week onsite.

What you'll do:
 

  • Lead multiple Scrum teams, ensuring Agile best practices & high-quality deliverables

  • Partner with Product Owners & BAs to define acceptance criteria & prioritize backlogs

  • Monitor metrics, manage risks, dependencies, and budgets
Requirements:
  • 7 years Scrum Master experience with project management skills

  • CSM certification required; Jira, ADO, Confluence expertise
