Responsibilities
- Prepare and process billing statements and invoices for clients.
- Review and verify billing data for accuracy, including journal entries.
- Negotiate payment terms with clients as necessary to ensure timely collections.
- Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and account reconciliations.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries regarding billing issues or account status.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all billing activity.
- Audit Calls
Qualifications
- Previous experience preferred.
- Willingness to learn quickly.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay
- Pay starts at $14 per hour for the duration of training. Once training is completed, pay is raised to $16 per hour (based on performance and experience).
