Job Overview

We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented Office Personnel to support daily operations involving U-Haul rentals and ignition interlock services. This position includes customer service, scheduling, possible technical tasks, and general office upkeep. MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
  • Perform data entry tasks with precision
  • Manage customer appointments
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in person with clarity and patience
  • Ensure a tidy, organized workspace
  • Dispatch and check in U-Haul vehicles
  • Perform ignition interlock calibrations (installation ability is a plus but not required)
  • File all reports accurately and on time
  • Maintain general office cleanliness and organization
  • Complete paperwork and documentation as needed
  • Assist with additional office tasks as assigned

  • Exceptional phone etiquette skills for handling multi-line phone systems and customer interactions

Pay: $16.00 per hour
