Local manufacturing company currently seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Issue invoices, purchase orders, and sales orders
- Accounts Payable
- Manage day to day accounts receivable and collections as needed
- Assist with inventory data base to keep up to date
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- Generate Monthly Sales Rep Commissions
- Report Weekly Payroll
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience with Quick books
- Proficient with Outlook, Word, and Excel
Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm
